| Since our made-to-order and custom knobs are specially made for you, they are not returnable. It may take months (or never) before someone orders that same knob in that same color scheme. We are not in the position of putting things back to stock, and online auctions are not an option for us. Cancellations are not accepted once an order has gone into production. Please contact us within 3 days after placing your special order if you must cancel. Orders that have been damaged in transit will receive special authorization for return. Please contact us within 5 days after receipt so we know to expect your return, and make arrangements. |

| Finished orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX ground. As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you an email informing you that your order has shipped, and also provide you with a tracking number for future reference. U.S. shipments may take from 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Canadian and international shipments requiring customs clearance may take from 10 to 21 days to arrive. |

Orders under $50 USD and shipping to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada will be charged a standard shipping rate of $7.50. | At S'mOdd Knobs, we are happy to take your custom requests, and try our best to work with you to create your knobs to your liking. At your request, we can change colors, sizes, and finishes. All of our knobs are treated as special orders. These are items which we do not keep on hand and produce only when an order is placed for them. Your knob order will take approximately 2-3 weeks for production and curing time. |
